Canceling an Order
Orders placed can be canceled providing you PHONE US before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.

Monday-Friday: 9:30am-6:00pm Eastern Time.

Returning Merchandise

Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to 1stFragrances.com within three (3) business days from delivery date of your order. You must notify 1stFragrances.com Customer Service by email or phone. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be NOT be charged a restocking fee unless the perfume was opened and used. NOTE: Return authorization is required prior you send us the perfumes back. Email us at info@99perfume.com or contact us prior to shipping your package back. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to 1stFragrances. Please include the following information with your return:
